Question: How do I enroll my child in a League of Wayfinders program?
Answer: To see if we are currently running programs in your child's school see our programs section and follow the registration link.
If we are not currently offering programs in your child's school, request here to start the process.
Question: What is the cost of the program?
Answer: We base all of our programs on $15 per child/per hour of programming. Cost per child will vary based on the administrative cost of the school, as they often add a percentage. For current programs see your child's program for specific pricing.
Question: A program has already started, can my child still sign up?
Answer: Of course! Well, maybe. If we have the space, we can absolutely sign them up, and will only charge for the sessions that they have signed up for. Keep in mind that we are creating a continuous story together, and that the overall trajectory of the story might already be established without your child's input if they join late. Given that, we will do our best to catch your child up with the ongoing story, and ensure them a memorable spot in the adventure they undertake.
Question: What if a program is cancelled before class starts?
Answer: If for some reason a program is cancelled before the start of the class (most likely due to not meeting the minimum enrollment) we will let you know as soon as possible and give a full refund (if the program has already been paid for).
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: It depends on the reason for the refund. If you would like to withdraw your child from our program, we will assess on a case by case basis, and never charge for sessions after your child has withdrawn. We are flexible. Our programs always strive to cater to each child's interests and abilities, so talk with us first. We want to become better at our craft and offer all that we can.
Question: Where are programs held?
Answer: All League of Wayfinders programs are offered on campus where your child attends school.
Question: Are there any League of Wayfinders summer camps/birthday parties?
Answer: Not yet, but soon.
Question: What ages/grades can participate?
Answer: We are currently offering programs that serve K-5 kids, but will be expanding in the near future to offer specific programs for middle and high school students.
Question: Are kids separated by age?
Answer: Because we only have 4-6 kids per Wayfinder, we usually have the ability to separate them by age, so that we can craft more age/ability appropriate stories and challenges when possible. That being said, we have had some of our most impactful and memorable experiences with Kindergartners creating stories and heroes alongside 5th graders.
